Erik van Weert
Erik van Weert is the founder of Ahead Impact and has worked in sustainable development and consultancy for 25+ years in Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. He worked as director and strategic advisor with public and private sector, universities and NGO's and with clients like IFAD, SNV, MSF, International SOS, Partos and IPPF. He helps organisations get clear on impact to be ahead.

Razane Cherk
Razane Cherk is founder of Career Support and brings over 5 years of experience working in executive, successfully placing 100+ senior-level candidates in impactful roles for clients like UNAIDS, CARE, BRAC, INTERPOL, IFAD, WWF, Green Climate Fund (GCF) and more. She currently runs Career Support, assisting top talent in enhancing their careers. Services include CV, cover letter and Linkedin profile optimization and career assistance.

Sobhi Khatib
Sobhi brings almost two decades of experience across the private sector, public sector, academic and NGO sectors. He has held various positions and served in over 80 organisations. The focus of his work has been diversity & inclusion, strategy & innovation, storytelling & communications. Sobhi is also a Senior Lecturer-Researcher at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. There, he gives Diversity and Inclusion courses and workshops.

Jan-Luc de Wolf
Jan-Luc de Wolf is a People, Talent and Organisational Development professional with extensive experience across multiple countries and levels. Experience as HR manager, consultant, trainer and coach. By experience, he has specialized in helping organisations with processes, HR software, team building and internal communication. He has an advanced degree in Personnel Management and a Masters in Business Administration. Fluent in Spanish and English.
